There is a lot children in Chow Kit did not have a place to stay or play around after school. They will ask for food from strangers as their parents are still working. It might be an issue that they will simply get kidnapped or asked to be a prostitute. From our interview of the local NGO, we knew that most of the children are willing to have alternative education such as art, handcraft,music and etc. But most of their parents could not afford the fees so we decided to create an art development centre for them.
